Support Portal Case Email Update – Action Needed
Hello SmartSpace Users,
We're making a small update to improve the reliability of Support Portal case email communications.
Support Portal case responses will now be sent from experienceresponse@ideas.com instead of the previous Support Portal generated address. This change will take effect at 12:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) on Wednesday, April 8, 2026.
Clients who use email rules, filters, or saved bookmarks tied to the old sender address. Should update them to ensure uninterrupted communication.
No other changes are required, and your existing cases will continue as normal.
